Last updated: July 29, 2025

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Sale govern all transactions made through the Trevo platform, including bookings of homes, hotels, and adventure experiences. By placing an order or making a booking, the user agrees to these CGV in full, along with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Contract Formation

A sale is deemed final once:

  • The user has selected a listing and completed the payment (immediate bookings)
  • Or the host/hotel/partner has accepted the user's request (request-based bookings)

Trevo acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to the sales contract.

3. Price and Fees

Prices are shown in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include all applicable taxes and service fees unless otherwise stated.

  • Service fees are displayed transparently before checkout
  • Hosts and partners agree that Trevo will deduct platform commissions before payouts

Trevo reserves the right to modify service fee rates at any time, with notice to users.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Payzone, our secure and licensed financial provider.

  • Trevo does not store credit card data
  • Upon reservation, the total amount is authorized or charged depending on the booking type

In case of failed payment, the booking is not validated.

5.2. Hotels & Professional Accommodation Providers
